1. Send a Care Request
Share your dates, your children, your budget and what would genuinely help. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.
2. Nalo reads it personally
Our founder reviews every request herself. If your care is more involved, she'll invite you to a short consultation first.
3. You receive a proposal
A written plan with scope, dates and clear pricing — no hidden fees, no surprises.
4. Care is confirmed
Once you accept and your deposit is settled, your dates are held and the details are handled.
5. Membership, if it fits
Families who return are invited into the Panda Village: earlier access to release windows, waived booking fees and a caregiver who already knows your household. Membership is access and relationship — never a guarantee of availability.
