You don't need to already have a perfect village. Panda exists to help fill the gaps.

What membership provides
Panda Village
Annual Village membership for admitted families — access to Care Experiences, Village pricing and your private family portal.
Panda Concierge
A deeper relationship for families who need more hands-on coordination. Projects are scoped and priced separately.
Legacy Families
Our earliest families, with their membership fee waived for life. Care is still paid as proposed.
How admission works
Step 1
Request Care or use an invitation
Start with a Care Request, or enter an invitation code from a Village family or caregiver.
Step 2
Get to know each other
Nalo reviews every family personally. Admission may include a conversation and Values Alignment questions — there are no right answers.
Step 3
Admission
Families are admitted individually when Panda can appropriately support them. Admission is a relationship, not a purchase.
Step 4
Membership activation
Once admitted, membership is activated with your annual membership. Care itself is always proposed and paid separately.
